1. Mandrel Design
Pattern is formed on the substrate using photoresist, plating, or etching techniques.
2. Electroforming
The patterned substrate is placed in an electrolytic bath, where metal ions—such as nickel (Ni), nickel-cobalt (Ni-Co), or nickel-iron (Ni-Fe)—are precisely deposited onto the surface.
3. Separation
Once the metal layer reaches the desired thickness, it is separated from the mandrel, resulting in a freestanding metal component.
4. Finishing
Processes such as polishing, cleaning, dimensional trimming, and inspection are carried out to ensure product quality.
From its inception, the company has been committed to independently mastering core technologies. To date, we have developed our sixth-generation electroforming equipment, achieving 100% localization. By integrating advances in materials science, we have created a production system with performance and efficiency that surpasses international competitors.
Our proprietary technology not only ensures exceptional uniformity in electroformed alloys, but also significantly enhances production throughput per unit area. This breakthrough marks a major step toward full-scale mass production and lays a solid foundation for expanding into global markets.
