EVERGLOW PRECISION Founded in October 2019, EVERGLOW PRECISION is dedicated to pioneering nickel-iron (Ni-Fe) alloy electroforming technology. From the very beginning, we have focused on two key application areas:

• Fine Metal Masks (FMM) for OLED panel evaporation

• Fine-pitch electroformed stencils for advanced semiconductor packaging (2.5D/3D, WLCSP)

Unlike traditional electroforming materials such as nickel (Ni) and nickel-cobalt (Ni-Co) alloys, our Ni-Fe alloy offers a lower coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), exceptional dimensional stability, and superior mechanical properties—making it ideal for high-precision applications in next-generation displays and semiconductor technologies.

Through continuous innovation and multiple technical breakthroughs, we have independently developed proprietary electroforming formulas, in-house equipment, and a complete patterning solution. This enables us to deliver high-resolution, competitively advanced metal mask products to meet the evolving needs of our global customers.
